The Expansion of Service "Ideal Tenant" to New Local Markets

Masters’ thesis suggests the optimal measures for the expansion of the service called “Ideální nájemce” to the new local market, concretely to Prague. In the theoretical part the crucial theoretical know-how is characterized. Knowledge described in the theoretical part was essential for the problem analysis and the proposal part. Business plan and its parts are defined together with the recommendations on how to proceed with the expansion. Furthermore it contains the analysis of the inner and outer space of the firm, which are PEST analysis, Porter‘s model of competitive environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the problem analysis the present trends and current firm’s position on the market are described, together with the analysis of the new market. Proposal part is based on the previous findings which were used to specify the concrete suggestions on how to achieve the defined objective, which is the expansion to the Prague’s market.

This diploma thesis is focused on marketing mixture of Czech company, which is operating on B2C and B2B markets and optimalization of this company to Hungarian B2C market. The first part of this diploma thesis is focused on problematics and goals of this thesis. Theoretical part defines basics of marketing, marketing mix, company analysis and its surroundings. Next part of the thesis is focused on analytics and characteristics of current status of the company and Hungarian market. The last part of the thesis is focused on suggestions and optimalization of marketing mixture for established e-portfolio with main goal of successful infiltration to hungarian market and get results leading to the introduction and stabilization of the brand on the hungarian market.
Methods for Monitoring of Volume Changes of Cement and Polymer-modified Mortars

Bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring of volume changes in polymer-modified mortars. Using Czech and foreign literature searches are processed, in which mortars in general and ongoing chemical and physical processes are described. Thesis is further concerned with description of polymer-modified mortars and with explanation of polymer-matrix forming mechanisms. The following are noticed volume changes and experimental methods of their investigation. Experiment is performed by monitoring the volume changes in polymer-modified mortars using two selected methods. For comparison volume changes in gypsum are also measured.

The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Mechanism of a one-cylinder diesel engine with elongated expansion

The diploma thesis deals with mechanism of combustion motor that enables greater expansion ratio then compression ratio. The main advantage of motor mechanism is verified in thesis, which is greater thermal efficiency then compared to conventional diesel motor. Additionally, there are investigation of kinematic variables, force of gas pressure and inertia forces, which operates in different bindings mechanism. The last part deals witch strength of selected parts of the proposed mechanism.
